Reporting
At Camgenium, we have a dedicated specialist team for data visualisation. Their job is to create reports that make the information revealed through data analysis clear and impactful.
The Camgenium platform includes a drag-and-drop report builder that allows reports to be rapidly created from records in the system and also provides a range of facilities for triggering reports, such as particular events, or scheduled reports. The recipients for each report can also be quickly notified to the system and the method by which they are to receive the report, e.g. NHS email.
Information from data
We are responsible for analysing surprisingly large volumes of healthcare data to reveal information about a wide range of issues.
We are trusted to hold and process sensitive health records and we have the capabilities and necessary contracts in place to allow us to undertake this work around the world.
Our reports are often used to assess the quality of care, identifying work that is excellent as well as work that is of unacceptable standard and the root cause for the poor performance. By providing this information, organisations can make the changes that significantly improve patient outcomes and safety. And, of course, they can celebrate and learn from the high performers.
Compliance reporting
Working to standards requires that all actions are documented. It is the complete document trail that allows an auditor sent by the Notified Body to confirm that work has been developed to the standards required for certification, and ensures that a regulator will not remove a deployed product from the market.
Because we manage product development and deployment, we are responsible for ensuring that the documentation is complete and correct. To that end we have systems that produce automated compliance reports that capture the required data automatically from our servers and then create the necessary compliance reports that can be examined. These reports allow the auditor to drill down to the individual data points from which they are created and provide the full audit trail.
It has taken us years to develop these systems and refine them; they are part of the wide range of highly skilled services and competencies that we use to support our clients.
